THE GRAND FINAL ZA'AM PARIS

After several months of pre-selection, the final tournament of Za'amFootball took place on Friday, July 7, 2023, at Le Five Paris 17. The best teams from the tournaments organized in the Paris region faced off in an electrifying atmosphere! FC WOK, representing the 75, won the tournament against the local team FC PSO. A big thank you to all the participants who showcased their best football. If you also want the chance to represent your department in the next edition, stay tuned.

ZA'AMFOOTBALL

The first pre-selection tournament took place on Friday, July 8, 2022, in Vigneux-sur-Seine. The qualified team that will represent the 91 in the grand final is FC Mali. The second tournament took place on Saturday, August 27 in Évry-Courcouronnes. The qualified team that will represent the 91 is FC Clim. The third tournament took place on Sunday, January 29, in Orly. The qualified team that will represent the 94 is PSG. The fourth tournament took place on Saturday, March 4, in Créteil. The qualified team is FC Shark, which will represent the 94. The fifth tournament took place on Monday, April 10, in the 13th arrondissement of Paris. The qualified team that will represent Paris is FC Wok, which will represent the 75. The sixth tournament took place on Tuesday, May 2, in La Courneuve. The qualified team that will represent the 93 is FC Noisy. The seventh tournament took place on Monday, May 29, in Nanterre. The qualified team that will represent the 92 is FC Cans. The eighth qualified team is FC Pso, which will represent the 75.

What is a Za'amFootball tournament ?

What is a Za'amFootball tournament?It is a tournament that brings together football enthusiasts and local associations to raise awareness for people in need, taken care of by these associations. The tournament starts around 2 PM with teams composed of 4 players on the field plus 1 goalkeeper, there are 4 groups of 4 teams, the matches last 5 minutes, and the top 2 teams from each group qualify for the knockout stage. The finalists of the tournament receive an award ceremony (medals) and the winners get the Za'am cup + 1 free pizza for each player + clothing and accessories from the Za'amParis collection. Drinks and biscuits are distributed throughout the tournament.
